Step-daughter looking at a condo to buy. My wife asks how many units there for sale out of how many total. Realtor guy comes back with 9 for sale out of 335, I say that's about 3%... he doesn't quite think that's right... starts calculating it on his cellphone.... while he's doing that, I do it in my head furthur, I adjust it to 2.7 %, a minute later he comes up with like 2.68%.

Guy thinks I'm like Raymond from Rainman ! uppy: How did you do that ? I don't think it's remarkable at all, the 3% rough is easy to get too, a little thought says its high, estimate downward. Nothing special there, IMO !
